- Anterior ocular segment inflammtion

Post-operative inflammation in patients who have undergone cataract extraction.
Dosage
One drop of in the affected eye(s) once a day, beginning 24 hrs after cataract surgery, continuing through first 2 week of poatoperative period.
Bromfenac Ophthalmic NSAID is used for the management of ocular pain and inflammation. They have well-characterized anti-inflammatory activity and analgesic property. Prostaglandins have been shown in many animal models to be mediators of certain kinds of intraocular inflammation. Prostaglandins have been shown to produce disruption of the blood-aqueous humor barrier, vasodilation, increased vascular permeability, leukocytosis, and increased intraocular pressure.
